All About Me
The arts have been part of my life for as far back as I can remember my first performance was the at the age of three, well I’m not sure you could call it a performance, it was more of a they guided me onto the stage I saw the audience I cried and they swooped in. I couldn’t perform that day, because as my mom recounts, “the audience freaked me out “. Although I don’t have any direct memory of this, I know that is etched on my soul. I know this experience has informed my approach to teaching and sharing arts with the world.
Although I wasn’t able to perform that day, I did go onto have an arts filled childhood I would go to study dance 12 years through out my childhood and would add theatre to my repertoire as a teenager for me, sharing the arts with other allows me to connect to that oneness that we all share. So our approach is to create a space where children are free to be who they truly are and allow this to be expressed in their artistry.

Most of my formal dance training occurred at Diamond Minds School of the Arts where I studied Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Tap, Modern, and Contemporary. Upon graduation from high school I enrolled in the theatre program at Florida International University and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, while attending FIU I fell in love with stage management and worked on two shows “The Mousetrap” and “Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown
