Service Description

True Colors programs improve schools by educating administrators, teachers, staff, students and parents to recognize their greatest strengths and create unity. True Colors has been used successfully for over forty years in education, to gain higher levels of self-esteem, academic achievement, and improved personal relationships in school and in their families and has contributed to less dropouts and higher attendance. By implementing the True Colors Communication System, and its effective method for students to discover and understand their natural strengths and talents, each individual in the classroom has equal access to his or her highest potential for communication and learning. This 2-day workshop include the prerequisite workshop, True Colors of Personal Success, in which partipants gain the foundational knowledge of True Colors. Day 2 of the workshop delves into the application of True Colors in the classroom. Workshop includes access to online accessment, personalized report, and workbooks.
